Producer HQ Join the waitlist

The studio app for music producers.

Songs, sessions, deadlines and artist texts. One app on your Mac.

Songs

Built around the song, not the to-do list.

Every song moves through your stages, from pre-pro to delivered. Producer HQ knows what's left and how many days that takes, and Today puts the song that's slipping at the top, before the artist notices.

Alyssa your AI assistant

Artists text you. Alyssa keeps up.

She reads Messages and Gmail when you switch them on, and finds the call-backs, roughs, stems and session bookings buried in the thread.

  • Nothing is added until you approve it. Edit, snooze or dismiss, and she learns from what you choose.
  • New artists become leads. "Can we cut a song together next week?" from someone new is offered as a lead.
  • Call-backs clear themselves. She checks your Mac's call history for the time of the call. Never the audio.
Artist texts arrive in the Inbox; each becomes a suggested task or lead that you approve.

Catalogue

Every session you've ever opened.

Point it at your drives and Dropbox. Producer HQ finds your Logic and Pro Tools sessions and bounces, matches them to songs and artists, and keeps the list up to date every night. Folders are read on your Mac, free.

Credits and getting paid

Your credits. Your money.

Alyssa finds your credits on Spotify, Apple Music, MusicBrainz and Muso.ai, then checks ASCAP, DistroKid and STEM to see each song is registered, or still waiting for you to accept a split.

Spotify, Muso.ai, ASCAP, DistroKid and STEM use your own sign-in, on your Mac. She only reads; nothing is changed on those sites.

Before you ask

How much will it cost?
A monthly or yearly plan. The price comes at launch.
Does the AI cost extra?
Alyssa runs on your own OpenAI key, so you pay OpenAI directly for what she uses.
Where is my data?
On your Mac. There is no Producer HQ server holding your songs, clients or invoices. The texts Alyssa reads go to OpenAI with your key.
Does it open my sessions?
It reads them to list songs and dates. It never changes a Logic or Pro Tools session.
